COVID-19 Support Line
The COVID-19 Support Line is available Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Staffed by mental health professionals, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, care-giving, financial hardship, burnout, or simply feeling isolated and needing to talk can call for free and confidential support can call for free and confidential support. This service is available to anyone in the county. For emergency crisis intervention contact our 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Mobile Crisis Unit.

Taking crisis calls for single parents needing emergency support Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Calls will be returned within 24 hours. They are also providing online support groups via Zoom on Thursday’s with POPs at 10:00 am (see Facebook) and Single & Parenting class at 12:30 pm on Facebook live. They are making referrals.

Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Centers

New Oakland Family Centers remains open for FACE to FACE program and outpatient services during the current response to COVID-19. We have also implemented an extensive teletherapy program enabling outpatient service as well as psychiatric evaluations and medication reviews to be provided remotely.

PCC’s OP facility is closed to the general public, but they are providing telecommunication services at this time and accepting new referrals. Their DHHS programs and CHM home base programs are up and running via telecommunication.  Thier staff are available for crisis situations and are accepting new referrals.  Psychiatric services remain open (on site) for current clients.  Telecommunication is being done at this time for their nurse practitioner  and doctor. New Outpatient intakes can call PCC.  DHHS and CHM referrals come through the referral source.
